Covenant Choice for Small Groups is a health insurance product designed exclusively for private employers wanting to provide an insurance plan to their employees that aligns with Christian values. This new product for small employers is exclusively offered through membership of the Christian Employers Alliance (CEA).

This product is available for employers with between 5 and 99 employees and is currently available in 35 states. Choice for Small Groups is a self-insured product with stop loss insurance, so employers are protected against large claims, and have the potential to get money back at the end of the plan year.

  • RBP and PPO options available in most states
